How To Use Yesware For Gmail
yes…YES…OH YES! Yes to Yesware, I say!
So for the longest time I wonder to myself why does Gmail have a corporate email version but it doesn’t act like outlook which is what the corporate world uses (most of the time). Even if salesforce is integrated there is a response ability that is unmatched on outlook (that is why almost every CRM has an outlook integration).
Along came Yesware.
So damn awesome. Yesware lets you track what emails are being opened when you send them and you can use it to keep better track of your clients/customers/grandma/grandpa’s response rates! Which is GOLD. You can use it to follow up with your customers as well. I really route ALL my emails to Gmail (simply because I love gmail) and I can send out emails using any Alias’s with my gmail. I have over 30 email addresses I can “send as” using my personal gmail address. VERY useful if you start small tiny businesses.
I will show you how to use Yesware. It’s really simple. TRUST ME, you will be impressed on how SOUPED UP your gmail looks after this addition.
Go to yesware.com. Click on the “Add Yesware to Gmail”. You should see something like the screenshot below.
Yesware makes it EXTREMELY easy for you to get started. In just a few mindless clicks after logging in with your google account, you are primed and ready to use its functions.
Anywho. Yesware enables notifications on the corner of your screen (like outlook does). It lets you know when your email is read (like outlook does). It will now integrate with your CRM’s (only if you upgrade, of course). So now you can enjoy Gmail without so much the back and forth flickering between your cute PINK gmail background and the ugly outlook design.
What I want for Gmail in the future…. the ability to drag and attach CONVERSATIONS.
There is such usefulness in dragging whole conversations and attaching it to your emails. Proof of conversation makes the world go round and it is too cumbersome to copy all and paste all. SIGH.
In other news!
The Dropshipping company is doing WELL!!!!! Last week we closed a deal which nabbed us $340 in sales during one day. Hopefully the upward trend continues.
For the month of July SO FAR sales have breached the 3K range and almost touching 4K for the automobile dismantling comapny. Chuggling along, I’d say.
And I have made time for myself to go hiking. Here is the entrance to an abandoned goldmine.
